The Editing

On monday April 1st, the Songbird productions team all came together to edit. We spent the day editing the footage we had filmed earlier using Final cut pro. The editing involved spending a long time syncing the sound together, choosing appropriate score music and editing the shots with the green screen so the background looked authentic. We also spend the day tidying up the film by adding extra details such as black bars to the top and bottom of the screen to improve the cinematic effect. Every member of the team has advanced knowledge of how to operate the final cut pro software in a way that allowed us to achieve the best possible result.
